About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ImageStyle's website, applications, image and video generation tools, Credits, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). In these Terms, "ImageStyle," "we," and "us" mean the operator of the Service.

By creating an account, purchasing Credits, uploading material, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information and use the Service only where you are legally permitted to do so. We may offer third-party sign-in methods, such as Google sign-in, when they are available.

You may delete your account from the Security settings. Deleting an account does not remove records that we must retain for security, fraud prevention, payment, or legal compliance purposes.

AI generation services

The Service lets you submit prompts and reference media to generate or edit image and video content. Generation is probabilistic. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, visually inconsistent, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular commercial, legal, medical, safety, or other purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing each output before using, publishing, selling, or relying on it. ImageStyle does not guarantee that an output is unique, accurate, free of third-party rights, acceptable for an advertising platform, or fit for a particular purpose.

Credits, models, and payments

Credits are in-service units used to submit eligible image and video generation tasks. The Credit cost can vary by the selected model, output settings, resolution, duration, references, and other options. The applicable cost is shown in the Service before a generation request is submitted.

Credits may be granted as a welcome bonus, purchased in a Credit package, added through a redemption code, returned after a failed task, or granted through a subscription where available. A Credit grant may have an expiration date or usage restriction when that condition is disclosed with the grant. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

When our system marks a generation task as failed after Credits have been deducted, it attempts to return the Credits used for that task to your account. An output that is completed but does not match a subjective preference is not by itself evidence of a system failure. For payment or Credit issues, contact us with the relevant transaction details. Mandatory consumer rights and the terms presented by the applicable payment provider remain unaffected.

Your content and intellectual property

"User Content" includes the prompts, images, videos, audio, logos, and other materials you submit, as well as the outputs generated for your account. You remain responsible for User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to submit and use it.

You grant ImageStyle a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and process User Content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. This includes sending the necessary input to third-party infrastructure and AI generation providers that process a requested task.

Do not upload confidential information, personal data, or third-party material unless you are authorized to do so. Do not mark content as public unless you intend for it to be publicly accessible.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• upload or generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing;
• generate, edit, upload, or distribute sexual, sexually suggestive, explicit, pornographic, adult, or NSFW content through the Service;
• create face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or manipulated depictions of a real person;
• impersonate another person or use a person's likeness without permission;
• interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malware or harmful code; or
• bypass Credits, rate limits, security controls, or payment controls.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue models, features, Credit prices, or availability. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties, or where these Terms are breached.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageStyle disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageStyle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The effective date above shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
