Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe and lawful use of ImageStyle AI image and video tools
2026/08/05
Effective date: August 5, 2026
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using ImageStyle's image and video generation tools, prompts, reference media, Credits, and related services. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Prohibited content and activity
You must not use ImageStyle to create, edit, upload, request, or distribute:
- sexual, sexually suggestive, explicit, pornographic, adult, or NSFW content;
- any sexualized content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content that facilitates abuse;
- face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or manipulated depictions of a real person;
- content that promotes self-harm, credible violence, terrorism, hate, harassment, or abuse;
- illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content;
- malware, credential theft, evasion instructions, or attempts to bypass moderation, Credits, access controls, or payment controls; or
- personal, confidential, or third-party material that you are not authorized to submit or use.
Prompt screening and enforcement
User-supplied prompts may be screened automatically before generation by ImageStyle, Creem, and the selected AI infrastructure provider. A prompt that is denied, flagged, or cannot be screened safely will not be sent to a generation model. Do not disguise prohibited requests or attempt to bypass these checks.
We may reject a request, remove public content, suspend access, preserve records needed for safety or legal compliance, and terminate accounts that violate this policy. Payment or Credit activity does not create a right to generate prohibited content.
