Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how ImageStyle uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies when you use the Service.

We use essential cookies to operate and secure the Service. They can include authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in, security cookies, and a sidebar-preference cookie that remembers whether the application sidebar is expanded or collapsed. The sidebar preference is retained for up to seven days.

Without essential cookies, account access and core Service functions may not work correctly.

Preferences and local storage

We also use browser local storage or session storage for product preferences and recovery features, such as your theme preference and temporary information used to resume a pending image or video generation request. These records are stored in your browser and can generally be cleared through browser settings.

Optional analytics

The production Service can be configured to use one or more optional analytics services, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible, and Umami. When enabled, these services may collect or read information about page visits, device or browser characteristics, and interactions with the Service according to their own privacy terms.

ImageStyle does not use advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies by default. We do not claim that every optional analytics integration is active at all times.

ImageStyle also uses a first-party visitor identifier to measure unique visitors and understand aggregate traffic by country, region, city, referral domain, and campaign. This identifier does not contain your name or email address. We do not store the original IP address; an HMAC-derived fingerprint may be retained for deduplication and security, and Cloudflare-provided location data may be stored with the visit record.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you remove, block, or limit cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Service. You can also clear local storage through your browser settings; doing so may reset preferences or pending-generation recovery information.

We may update this Cookie Policy as the Service changes. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
