Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how ImageStyle ("we," "us," and "our") handles personal data and creative content when you use our website, applications, and AI image or video generation services (the "Service").

Information we process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication-provider account information needed to sign you in.
• Creative content, such as prompts, uploaded images, videos, audio, logos, generation settings, project information, generated outputs, and generation history.
• Credit and transaction information, such as your Credit balance, Credit ledger, package selected, payment status, and payment-provider transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled by the applicable payment provider, not stored by ImageStyle.
• Technical and security information, such as request, device, browser, IP address, error, and security information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
• Visitor analytics information, such as a first-party visitor identifier, approximate Cloudflare-derived location, referral domain, campaign, landing page, and an HMAC-derived IP fingerprint. We do not store the original IP address for visitor analytics.
• Preferences, such as language, theme, sidebar state, and local recovery data for unfinished generation requests.

How we use information

We use information to:

• create and secure accounts and provide customer support;
• process your prompts, reference media, and requested generation tasks;
• store, display, and let you manage your files, project data, and generation history;
• calculate, deduct, return, and display Credits and payment status;
• prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, investigate failures, and protect the Service and its users;
• communicate service, account, security, or support messages; and
• measure and improve the Service when optional analytics tools are enabled.

When we share information

We use service providers that process information on our behalf or as part of a requested task. Depending on the feature you use, these can include:

• cloud hosting, database, workflow, and object-storage providers;
• authentication providers, including a third-party sign-in provider when you choose that option;
• payment providers that process a purchase or subscription;
• AI model and generation providers that receive the inputs necessary to create your requested output;
• email and support providers; and
• optional analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible, or Umami, when configured for the production Service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a corporate reorganization or transfer of the Service.

Creative content, files, and generated outputs

Your uploaded references and prompts may be transmitted to the third-party AI provider selected for a generation task. They may also be stored with your account, project, file list, or generation history so that you can view and manage the result.

You can delete individual files from the Files settings. Do not upload content that you are not authorized to provide, including sensitive personal data or third-party material without permission. Content that you explicitly make public or submit for a public-facing use may be accessible to others.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information and User Content while needed to operate the Service and your account. You can request account deletion through the Security settings. We may retain limited information after deletion where necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or to complete an in-progress task.

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, or technical measures intended to protect transferred information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, so please protect your account credentials and do not submit information that would create unacceptable risk if disclosed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email support@imagestyle.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
